  1. The shape of the thorax makes me think of Gonocephalum sp., but I'm not 100% sure. Posted 2 months ago
    1. Gosh, you're good Christine! Certainly looks like this on pulling up the genus on Google. Commonly known as 'darkling beetles'....a seeker of dark places. Well, that fits for saying I saw it in the soil! I'll put it in the Entomology group on Facebook perhaps at some point to see if any extra info can be gleaned there as well. Posted 2 months ago
