    1. Thank you , no at a friends place who lives close to a bush reserve. Most parrots learn very quick to find any seed you put out for them. The king parrot is a gentle one and never many will come,but some other species become a nuisance as to many come all at once . Some species also do a lot of damage to a domestic garden.       1. I believe you! I have just one sun conure and she inflicts serious damage to the covers I use for my couches and all of the T-shirts, pyjamas etc that I wear at home...she is not into plants though, which is an advantage! :-D Posted 12 days ago

The Australian King Parrot aka muaiz is endemic to eastern Australia. It is found in humid and heavily forested upland regions of the eastern portion of the continent, including eucalyptus wooded areas in and directly adjacent to subtropical and temperate rainforest. They feed on fruits, seeds or small insects.
