  1. This doesn't look like Campanula latifolia, it is another Campanula species. From this list of species from Belarus, it could be either Campanula rotundifolia or Campanula persicifolia.

  2. I think it's C. persicifolia.
    C. patula flowers often look up, they are smaller, and don't stand this dense.

"Campanula persicifolia" is a flowering plant species in the family Campanulaceae. It is an herbaceous perennial growing to 1 m. Its flowers are cup-shaped and can be either lilac-blue or white. Its foliage is narrow and glossy with a bright green appearance.
