  1. Soooo,

I was awake at 5am with the little one, and decided to make a video on how I pick my next lens... it is edited using the tips and tricks you guys have recommended...

I have not shared it with anyone yet, so if you guys would give me some feedback that would be awesome... Does it make sense to you, or is it just sleep-deprived rambling?

  3. 5AM...poor fellah :)

I love the video, it's a tip I haven't come across before anywhere. A data-driven decision to get the best lens, and avoid wasting money on things you don't use. Very valuable!

I don't think the video is too long, it's fine and well edited. The only small remark I have is that the intro music is a bit too loud, I had a lot of trouble hearing you at first. Finally, to round it off I think it would be useful to put the name and website of the tool you used in the video's description.

Overall, well done, a morning well spent!

  4. I agree with Ferdy's comments 100%.
One thing I'd add is that in addition to putting the URL of the website in the description, it would also be useful to put it in an annotation linking to the site at the point where you first show the site.

  5. DOH!!!! good idea with the link...

I will edit the sound at the begging too, it is too loud... sometimes you need someone else to point these things out, so many thanks guys! :)

I'm glad you like the tip, i use it a lot, and I find it helps me personally validate spending 1000's on a lens, knowing that it is statistically relevant! ;)

  6. Thanks again for the feed back guys... I want to make videos every 2 weeks (once a week is a bit too time consuming for me now), so i appreciate your feedback! :)
