  1. I decided to record some video when I was at Mendon Ponds yesterday (thank you, Google, for your stabilization feature in YouTube).

    Red-winged Blackbird (Agelaius phoeniceus) calling:

Wood Frog (Lithobates Sylvaticus), calling and swimming:

The sounds of the Northern Spring Peeper (Pseudacris crucifer crucifer):

At least I'm pretty sure that's what is making all that noise. I could never find any of them, so my identification is based solely on the calls.

Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis), crawling around and eating:

He was jumping back and forth between the stump and the tree... but he stopped once I hit record.

  2. Excellent work, Joe! Would be nice to also add these videos to the respective species. Replied 4 years ago
  3. Done for the 3 species that exist on JungleDragon.

There's no species page for the Northern Spring Peeper yet, and all I got from them was audio so I can't introduce the species with a photo.

  4. Thanks Joe, glad you added them to the 3 species! Replied 4 years ago
  5. Great work Joe!! How do you identify the species for the videos please? Replied 4 years ago
  6. You add the vidoe to the species, not the other way round. If there is at least one photo with the species identified you go to the video tab of that species and you will find the add video icon. Replied 4 years ago
  7. Ok thanks Wildflower Replied 4 years ago
