  • A fulvum waterfall

    A fulvum waterfall A tiny waterfall in the french Jura, at the origin of the river Ain. The blueish water was creating a romantic athmosphere, with just a tiny bit of sunlight through the clouds and fresh mossy rocks. The moss is 'Dicranum fulvum' or Boulder-fork moss, which has no designated Wiki page yet. The moss has a dry feel to it, not the slimy kind. Good to sit on and enjoy a sandwich and a cup of tea.     Gazing into eternity Hmm, this is more difficult than I had imagined. To catch the trails you need a long long exposure. This one was 40 minutes. I tried f8 and 100 ISO. It is too light to my liking. I would have liked more trails and longer ones, but I myself am out of batteries at the moment and will hit my deck real soon:) I'll try again and let you know.
