      I know, I get out of focus and moved photos all the time as well. But In this occasion I was lucky that I could get very close (this photo is uncropped) and could rest my lens end on the wood so I had no vibration and could focus manually. The result I am very pleased with!

    This is the same darter a bit closer:
    White-faced Darter head Guess where the white-faced darter got his name from ;)<br /> <br /> Normally these darters are pretty shy, but this one allowed me to come very close. I rested the end of the lens on the wood to keep the camera still and focused manually and that payed of. I also used the flash for some extra light.<br /> <br /> Dutch name: Noorse venwitsnuitlibel Leucorrhinia dubia,The Netherlands,Venwitsnuitlibel,White-faced Darter,anisoptera,macro.Geotagged
