Marmalade Hoverfly Macro 1/2
I was trying to capture this hoverfly in mid air but failed repeatedly. Then I tried it in landing position, but it kept flying away. Until I noticed how it always returned to the same spot. So I took my eye of the fly and fixed in on the landing spot. As this one is hand-shot, I used flash to better freeze the frame.

I was away for a week, then back again very busy at work and away again, also for work. Glad to be back, though I will be offline a bit more due to enjoying our Albatros;)
