    Thanks, they are quite common in water areas, I sometimes even see them around the office building I'm working in.

    So this begs the question as to why Cormorants spread their wings like that.
    It has been suggested that this is to dry their wings. Others say that it is to help regulate body temperature whilst they digest their catch.

    I think it's more likely that given that they are Fishermen and they are telling the others...
